The Salaam Club of NY held its annual Holiday Gala on December 4, 2010 and raised $20,000 for the Guild for Exceptional Children. They also honored a Salaam Club past president Joseph Elhilow Esq. with a Lifetime Achievement Award, Dr. Robert Zaloom with the 2010 Man of the Year award and Tom Early with a Distinguished Community Service Award.

The Salaam Club had a very successful Holiday Gala held at the Dyker Beach Golf Club on Saturday, December 5, 2009. Over $40,000 was raised for Al Kafaat and Eden 2 organizations which help Children with Autism.
